local forecasts and take steps to prepare your homes, pets, and vehicles.
Travel | Allow for extra time and consider alternate routes to avoid bridges and ramps.

Housing:
Limited sleeping accommodations are available at St. Dominic Hospital for essential team members from weather-impacted areas scheduled to work and who prefer to remain on-site between shifts. Please contact your direct supervisor to request sleeping arrangements.
Please note:
- Team members should bring their own towel, pillow, sleeping bag/linens, and personal items.
- If you have your own sleeping pad or air mattress, please bring it with you.
- Private rooms are likely not available.
NOTE: If the Disaster Pay policy is not enacted, no pay is provided for rest time.
The locker rooms at St. Dominic Fitness Center will be available for showering. Please notify the front desk staff before accessing the locker rooms.

Hospital Campus Weekend Dining Info:
- Cafeteria: Open 7 am - 3 pm Saturday and Sunday.
- Subway and Smoothie King: Open 9 am - 2 pm on Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
Known Impacts at this time:
- General Orientation: Will be held virtually on Monday, January 26.
- Inpatient Documentation Summit:: Will be held virtually on Monday, January 26.
- St. Dominic Clinics: Potential delayed start at noon on Monday, January 26, 2026. Will evaluate as conditions evolve.
- Infusion and Radiation Therapy: Potential delayed start on Monday, January 26, 2026.
- Madison Medical Imaging and Southern Diagnostic Imaging: Potential delayed start on Monday, January 26, 2026. Will evaluate as conditions evolve.
- St. Catherine's Village: Normal operations with additional preparation for winter weather over the weekend and into early next week.
- Dominicare: Monitoring conditions through the weekend.
- St. Dominic Fitness Center: Monitoring conditions through the weekend.
