Administrative Fellowship Program

Your Future in Healthcare Leadership Starts Here

FMOL Health strives to be a center of excellence in healthcare leadership. We believe in building and empowering strong leaders who engage and inspire their teams. Our one-to-two-year Administrative Fellowship Program offers various opportunities for aspiring healthcare leaders to learn from some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Our ministry has a rich tradition of providing excellent learning opportunities, and many of our current leaders were once Administrative Fellows.

The program is based on rotations and projects, to give the fellow a thorough understanding of our health system and to cultivate key leadership and management skills. Fellows can learn in real time from experienced healthcare executives, physicians and external partners. Additionally, fellows have access to on-demand, personalized leadership training and resources.

Application dates for the 2027 Fellowship Program will be shared soon.

FMOL Health Mission Statement

Inspired by the vision of St. Francis of Assisi and in the tradition of the Roman Catholic Church, we extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ to God’s people, especially those most in need.

We call forth all who serve in this healthcare ministry to share their gifts and talents, to create a Spirit of Healing—with reverence and love for all of life, with joyfulness of spirit, and with humility and justice for all those entrusted to our care.

We are, with God’s help, a healing and spiritual presence for each other and for the communities we are privileged to serve.
